What It Does
- Syncs tickets from your TeamSupport account into Decimal
- Imports ticket conversations with customer and agent messages
- Keeps tickets updated as they progress in TeamSupport
Connecting TeamSupport
- Open Integrations: Go to Settings → Integrations.
- Click TeamSupport: Click on the TeamSupport integration row to open the configuration modal.
- Enter your connection details: Provide your Base URL (e.g.,
https://yourcompany.teamsupport.com), Username, and Password. - Connect: Click Connect to save and begin syncing tickets.
