What It Does

  • Finds SendSafely links in a ticket and its replies
  • Reads what customers sent through them, so logs and screenshots behind a secure link count as evidence
  • Cites them alongside the agent’s other sources

Connecting SendSafely

  1. Open Integrations: Go to Settings → Integrations.
  2. Click SendSafely: Click on the SendSafely integration row to open the configuration modal.
  3. Enter your host: Provide your SendSafely URL (e.g., https://yourcompany.sendsafely.com).
  4. Provide API credentials: Enter your API Key and API Secret.
  5. Connect: Click Connect to save and activate the integration.

Redact Secure Content

Redact secure content is on by default. It strips SendSafely file descriptions out of saved run transcripts, so the agent can read a secure attachment while investigating without that content being kept afterwards. Reopen the SendSafely row to turn it off.
