Connecting Dialpad

  1. Open Integrations: Go to Settings → Integrations.
  2. Click Dialpad: Click on the Dialpad integration row to open the configuration modal.
  3. Provide an API key: Enter a Dialpad API key.
  4. Connect: Click Connect to save and activate the integration.
The key must be an admin API key. Dialpad’s documentation covers API key creation.
