The Support page is the central hub for managing customer support tickets. Tickets flow in from your connected ticketing integrations (Zendesk, Intercom, Plain, Pylon, and others) and can also be created manually.

Ticket List

The support page displays all tickets in a sortable, filterable table. Each row shows the ticket title, customer, assignee, state, created date, and last updated date. Use the search bar to find tickets by ID, title, or content. Filter by state, assignee, customer, source, tags, agent status, and date range. Click Export to download the current filtered list as CSV.

Creating Tickets

Click New Ticket in the top-right corner:
  • Create New Ticket — Fill out a form with the ticket title, description, type, priority, and customer name.
  • Import from URL — Import a GitHub issue, GitHub discussion, or Discourse topic by pasting its URL.

AI Agent Status

Each ticket shows a colored indicator reflecting the AI agent’s progress:

No indicatorAgent has not been run on this ticket
Blue (pulsing)Agent is currently analyzing the ticket
GreenAgent has completed its analysis
PurpleResponse has been written back to the ticket
