# TeamSupport

> Import and sync TeamSupport B2B support tickets into Decimal for AI-powered investigation and resolution.

The TeamSupport integration imports your B2B support tickets into Decimal for AI-powered investigation.

## What It Does

* **Syncs tickets** from your TeamSupport account into Decimal
* **Writes resolutions back** as comments on the original TeamSupport ticket
* **Imports ticket conversations** with customer and agent messages
* **Keeps tickets updated** as they progress in TeamSupport

## Connecting TeamSupport

1. **Navigate to Integrations**: Go to the **Integrations** page in the sidebar.
2. **Click TeamSupport**: Click on the TeamSupport integration row to open the configuration modal.
3. **Provide your API credentials**: Enter your TeamSupport API credentials.
4. **Connect**: Click **Connect** to save and begin syncing tickets.
