# CloudWatch

> Query AWS CloudWatch Logs from Decimal's AI agent for root cause analysis during support ticket investigation.

The CloudWatch integration lets Decimal's AI agent query your AWS CloudWatch Logs when investigating support tickets.

## What It Does

* **Queries CloudWatch Log Groups** to find relevant log entries
* **Filters logs** by time range, service, and error patterns
* **Correlates log data** with ticket context for root cause analysis

## Connecting CloudWatch

1. **Navigate to Integrations**: Go to the **Integrations** page in the sidebar.
2. **Click CloudWatch Logs**: Click on the CloudWatch integration row to open the configuration modal.
3. **Provide AWS credentials**: Enter your AWS **Access Key ID** and **Secret Access Key**.
4. **Select a region**: Choose the AWS region where your CloudWatch Logs are stored.
5. **Connect**: Click **Connect** to save and activate the integration.

*Use an IAM user or role with read-only access to CloudWatch Logs for best security.*
